Next week, I’m spending a the weekend at tennis camp. Specifically, I’m headed to Total Tennis in Sugerties, NY. Just me and 21 tennis buddies playing tennis all weekend.
To celebrate I’ve crafted a homebrew I call “Total Tennis Red Clay Ale”, a refined red ale with a vibrant first serve, clean strokes, and a smooth finish.
